About
I’m Idit, an expert in the area of facial and neck muscle training, and the creator of the Youngaura method
I was born in Israel in 1968, and ever since I can remember, sport and activity have been a central theme in my life. It made me feel good, full of energy, and it kept my body firm and served as my own personal fountain of youth. Around the age of 40, I started to notice aging signs on my face and I realized that something is missing in my routine workout. I did some research and found that it’s possible to exercise the facial and neck muscles. I started to exercise my face and neck and the results came fast. My look became firmer and healthier and this is how I found my calling. I decided to leave my job as a programmer at Microsoft and start to teach and train people.
I have learned several methods of facial exercises and developed my own method which I named Youngaura, reflecting my pro-aging beliefs. I refuse to accept the pressure of perfection
and the ideal concept of beauty. In my opinion, midlife women and men should not strive to look younger but instead focus on a healthy, beautiful, and honest look that matches their age. Facial exercises lift the sagging of the face and reduce the wrinkles, but you get to keep your own look and don’t submit to the idea of the “perfect” unrealistic look of a young doll.
I’ve been teaching classes and online courses for 14 years and my personal routine includes facial exercises, kayaking, weights, yoga and meditation.

How does it works
How does it work
As we get older our muscles get smaller and thinner.
After age 30 we lose 3-5% of the muscle mass every decade.
Less muscle means greater weakness and less mobility, both of which may increase the risk of falls and fractures.
This muscle loss applies also to our face and neck, and is one of the reasons of why our look changes as we get older.
Longer and weaker muscles make our face looks sagging.
In addition, the blood circulation gets less efficient as we get older. Less efficient blood circulation impacts the skin texture, making us look less vibrant, with a grayish unhealthy color.
But just because you lose muscle mass does not mean it is gone forever, and the same for blood flow. With a proper training, similar to the bodily weight training, we can gain back our muscles mass, get our muscles shorter and stronger and lift the sagging.
We can significantly improve the blood circulation and the efficiency the blood flow to our face, improving the face color and texture.
